Privacy Policy

This application uses Meta’s Graph API to access Instagram Business messages and profile data for the purpose of customer communication inside our CRM (Kommo).

We do not collect or sell personal data. The app is used only within our business (SPECMARKET LLP), and no information is shared with third parties.

Data we access includes:

•  Making notes in Kommo
• Instagram message content
• Public profile info (username, account type)

Data Retention and Deletion

All data processed via Meta Graph API is stored only for operational CRM use. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at specmarket01@gmail.com.
